First Stage of 13-th International Biennial of Small Forms Pleven`2026 Begins.
The first stage for participation in the 13-th International Biennial of Small Forms Pleven`2026 has started, with artists required to submit their works by 31 July 2026. Requirements include digital reproductions in JPG format, and a seven-member jury will conduct the selection.
The works must be submitted as digital reproductions in JPG format, with a file size between 3 and 10 MB and a resolution of 300 DPI, to the email address of the Ilia Beshkov Art Gallery — bsf@plevengallery.
The images must be correctly oriented, and sculptural works must be presented from three angles. Additional digital processing of the submitted images is not allowed.
A participation form, which can be downloaded from the gallery’s website, must also be sent together with the images.
The organisers specify that each file must be named according to a set model, including the author’s name, the title of the work, the technique, the dimensions in centimetres and the country.
Applications with images that do not meet the requirements will not be admitted to the selection process.
The selection and determination of the award winners will be carried out by a seven-member jury. Authors will receive information at the email address they provided on whether they have been approved or not no later than 10 days after the jury completes its work.
The Biennial of Small Forms is a traditional and well-established forum for presenting contemporary trends and achievements in painting, graphics and sculpture in the visual arts.
