Dynamic Weather Ahead: Sun and Heat Followed by Storms.

The weather in Bulgaria will remain dynamic during the new week, with alternating sunny and hot periods, short-lived storms, and locally intense rainfall expected in some areas. During the first days of the week, mostly sunny weather will prevail across much of the country.

After a relatively calm start to the period, temperatures will rise before the atmosphere becomes more unstable toward the end of the working week. By Wednesday, summer heat will return more noticeably, with maximum temperatures expected to reach between 30°C and 37°C across the country, with the warmest conditions in lowlands and plains.

The air mass over Bulgaria will become unstable on Thursday and Friday. Around midday and in the afternoon hours, powerful cumulonimbus clouds are expected to develop, bringing short-lived rainfall and thunderstorms to many areas.

More significant temporary cloud increases are expected mainly over eastern Bulgaria and mountainous regions, where local and brief showers are possible. Isolated short-lived rainfall events cannot be ruled out in some places, but they will remain localized and will not affect large areas.

Winds will gradually weaken and temporarily calm in many regions, leading to a faster rise in daytime temperatures. However, the stable weather conditions will not last long.
