Human Resources Development Center Signs Memorandum with Montenegro.

This comes just days after the signing of a strategic partnership document with the Kosovo programme office in early June.

The aim of the agreement is to support the high-quality implementation of the programme through effective management, the sharing of good practices and stronger interaction between the national structures involved in its implementation. Cooperation is planned in the fields of education and training, youth and sport, as well as joint work to increase the impact of European initiatives on organizations, institutions and target groups.

Among the main priorities in the memorandum are the exchange of ideas and expertise, the assessment of current activities, the development of innovative practices, the implementation of joint initiatives and the creation of opportunities for mutual learning at European level. The partners will also work together on the implementation of work plans, training activities, networking and the dissemination of information about the opportunities provided by the programme.

The agreement will contribute to a better understanding of national and European contexts, to improving the work of national agencies and offices, and to achieving more sustainable results for the benefit of education, young people and sport.

The signing of the document is an important step toward strengthening international cooperation between Bulgaria and Montenegro in the field of European education and youth programmes. As the National Agency for the Erasmus+ programme and the European Solidarity Corps in Bulgaria, HRDC continues to develop active international partnerships aimed at improving quality, inclusion, innovation and European cooperation in education, training, youth and sport.
