Gulyantsi Municipality Announces Contest for Children and Students My Adventure by the Danube.

The Danube River is an integral part of the natural, cultural and historical wealth of Gulyantsi Municipality.

Participants will have the opportunity to present their personal experience by the Danube — a family walk, a fishing trip, impressions of nature, reflections on pollution or a look at the river’s historical significance. The contest is aimed at children and pupils in two age groups: from 6 to 13 years and from 14 to 18 years.

Works will be accepted in the following categories: photography, drawing — with no restriction on technique or format, literary work — a short story, poem or essay, as well as a video clip. Each work must be accompanied by information about the participant: first name, patronymic and surname, age, place of residence and school. Materials should be sent or submitted to the email address marinela_kirilowa@abv.

Gulyantsi Municipality has announced a creative contest for children and pupils dedicated to International Danube Day, which is marked today. The initiative is titled My Adventure by the Danube, and its organisers are Gulyantsi Municipality, the Centre for Public Support and the Local Commission for Combating Antisocial Behaviour by Minors and Juveniles. The river is a symbol of life, movement, memory and inspiration, and through the contest the organisers invite children and young people to tell the story of their adventure by the Danube — as they see, feel and experience it.
