Seventh Edition of Preschool Education Panorama Held in Pleven.

The initiative is implemented with the support of the other municipalities in the Pleven region, as well as the directors and teams of kindergartens and schools with groups for compulsory preschool education in the area. The panorama is organized by the Regional Education Office (REO) – Pleven, with the support of the Municipality of Pleven and the other municipalities in the region.

The event was opened by the head of the REO – Pleven, Albena Toteva, who emphasized the importance of partnership for the sustainable development of the panorama. She noted that the forum has no equivalent in the country and has been held for seven years. Toteva also presented a plaque of appreciation to the deputy mayor of Pleven Municipality for humanitarian activities, Paulina Kirova.

The senior expert on preschool education at the REO – Pleven, Marusya Dodova, highlighted the symbolism of the seventh edition and the importance of early childhood years for child development. According to her, the initiative presents the vision and mission of kindergartens and schools with groups for compulsory preschool education in the region, the results of work during the school year, priorities for future development, as well as the application of Bulgarian educational traditions in a modern environment and innovations in preschool education. She described the forum as an expression of children’s creativity and talent, as well as the professionalism and innovative practices of teachers – a day for sharing experience and building professional partnerships.

Greetings to the participants were also extended by the head of the Education and Youth Activities department, Irena Alexandrovna, and Kremena Angelova. The program began with songs and dances prepared by the children, followed by participants exchanging experience in various creative zones. This year, first-year students from the Pedagogical College in Pleven also joined the initiative.
