Vacant places for the second stage of first-grade admission in municipal schools in Pleven have been published on the website of the electronic admission system. Submitted applications remain active in the system, and it is only necessary to change or reorder preferences according to the announced available places for the second round. Meanwhile, applications for second-round admission can be registered, edited, or canceled.
According to Article 26 of the Regulation on the admission of first-grade students in municipal schools in the Municipality of Pleven, if a child is not placed in the first round, they participate in subsequent rounds with the same application number. Changes to application data can be made until the system closes, in accordance with the schedule for each admission stage.
Under the current regulation, children who are not admitted in the first round continue to participate in subsequent rounds with the same application number, and edits to applications are allowed until the system closes for the respective stage.
According to Article 29 of the Regulation, if parents refuse to enroll a placed child, the allocated place is not carried over to the next admission round. In such cases, the original application is automatically canceled and parents must submit a new application for participation in a subsequent round. This means that if enrollment is refused, the child’s place is not preserved for the next classification round.
