Pleven Municipality Creates Group for Reports and Citizen Ideas.

The group allows citizens to quickly and easily report irregularities, submit complaints, ask questions, and share ideas and proposals for the development of the city and the settlements in the municipality. Through the platform, citizens can submit reports about problems with infrastructure, street lighting, cleanliness, parks, playgrounds, traffic organization, illegal dumping sites, public order and other issues related to the urban environment.

Pleven Municipality says the group will also be used for communication on administrative cases, municipal projects, repairs and investment plans, as well as on topics of public interest. The new platform will also serve as a place for public discussion of future initiatives and important decisions, with the municipality actively seeking citizens’ opinions.

For a faster response when submitting reports, citizens are advised to provide an exact address, a brief description and photos. Pleven Municipality calls on all participants to communicate with respect and in a constructive tone.

The initiative is part of the municipal administration’s efforts to promote more active dialogue with citizens, greater transparency in the institution’s work and more effective solutions to problems in the urban environment and the settlements.
