A serious incident shook the Nadezhda district earlier today when a roadside assistance vehicle caught fire, and the blaze quickly spread to and destroyed five other cars, the Interior Ministry press center said. Because the flames spread rapidly, the fire quickly reached nearby vehicles, with a total of five other cars seriously damaged and destroyed. At this point, the incident has been fully brought under control and the fire extinguished by crews who arrived at the scene. Fortunately, there are no reports of injured people. According to the Interior Ministry, the vehicle initially caught fire while being used for roadside assistance.
Interior Ministry representatives said an inspection is being carried out at the scene. Police officers have secured the area and are conducting a detailed examination of the site. Technical expert assessments are expected to determine whether the malfunction in the specialized vehicle was caused by a short circuit or another sudden technical failure while it was in motion. Fire service teams were sent to the scene and managed to contain and extinguish the flames.
