Velichkovo Does Not Confirm Link to Asen Simeonov.

By July 10, a total of 69 reports related to the search for 11-year-old Natalia Asenova had been received through the European emergency number 112, the press office of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Varna said. Additional information continues to be submitted directly to police authorities.

Police also investigated a report of a man seen in the village of Velichkovo. The check confirmed that the individual was not Asen Simeonov, who was last seen with the girl on June 30 near the village of Konstantinovo.

Authorities said the search for both Natalia and Simeonov remains active and ongoing. Every report received is being analyzed, while search operations are planned and carried out according to the evolving situation.

The operation involves officers from various Interior Ministry units, specialized police teams and experts. The search is being coordinated with other state institutions, local authorities and relevant agencies, using specialized equipment and technical resources.

Later in the day, Varna Regional Police Director Senior Commissioner Tsvetan Pirovski said that a total of 12 reports had been received after the activation of the BG-Alert and Amber Alert systems.

The BG-Alert system was activated on July 3 in the Varna, Burgas and Shumen regions as part of the search for the missing 11-year-old girl.

Police said the public will be informed promptly if verified new information becomes available.
