The Prosecutor Collegium of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) is expected to hold an extraordinary meeting to consider the request for the temporary suspension of Emilia Rusinova from her position as administrative head of the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office and as a prosecutor. The request was submitted by the Minister of Justice after disciplinary proceedings.
